We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags, accessories, and manuals
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that once the product has been used, it will not be eligible for return.
However, Pure N Safe will replace or repair products that:
- Have manufacturing defects
- Are damaged during delivery
- Do not meet the specifications mentioned on our website
- Are incorrectly delivered
Products purchased as part of a combo offer cannot be returned individually.

Damages & Wrongly Delivered Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive:

For all genuine claims, the product will be replaced or repaired accordingly.
Non-Returnable & Consumable Items
Certain consumable items are non-returnable once used.
This includes:
- Inline filters
- Membranes
- Consumable cartridges
- Used filtration media
However, these products may still qualify for replacement if they:
- Have manufacturing defects
- Are damaged during delivery
- Do not match the specifications mentioned on our website

Refund policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take approximately 7-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note that shipping charges, installation charges, or service charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.
